U.S. CAD Online University is an online learning subscription by U.S. CAD, your trusted AEC education partner that provides your team members 24/7 access to training content such as live training courses, recorded content for self-paced learning, training documentation, webinars, and other relevant material. 

Training content is created and delivered by certified instructors - designed to help your team update or reinforce the necessary skills to deliver on your firm’s objective of achieving more. In addition to U.S. CAD-generated training content, U.S. CAD Online University includes a single-user, full-access subscription to CADLearning, on-demand Autodesk training and certification platform.

Online University offers the convenience of online learning with the cost savings of a subscription model.

Yes. In addition to your annual subscription to Online University, you will also enjoy an annual subscription to CADLearning (a $399 value). The 2 subscriptions will have the same term of 1-year.

The CADLearning Library includes over 35,000 lessons and 15,000 quiz questions on several Autodesk products including AutoCAD, Revit, Civil 3D, and more. Lessons focus on one concept or feature, providing short, digestible learning leading to better knowledge retention.

There is no extra fee for your access to CADLearning. Your CADLearning subscription is valid for the same annual term as your Online University subscription.

Current course offerings are for the following products: AutoCAD, Civil 3D, BIM 360, FormIt, and Revit (Architecture, MEP, and Structure)

Online University Instructors have earned the designation of Autodesk Certified Instructors.

They are credentialed professionals, affiliated with Autodesk Learning Partners, and recognized for their Autodesl product mastery and instructional skills. Autodesk Certified Instructors have demonstrated instructional and delivery skills. They have the product knowledge needed to meet or exceed industry standards and lead courses in instructional settings. Students can trust that certified badge information is accurate and up-to-date.

We offer 101 and 201 level courses as well as specialized topics courses. In addition to your on-demand learning, you also have access to 20-minute one-on-one sessions with your instructors by schedule "Office Hours" calls with our product experts.

Online University is available on any web-enabled device. Desktop PCs, Laptops, Tablets, and Mobile Phones are all compatible.

Your progress is saved after each session. You can easily start where you left off on a different device.

Online University Subscriptions are enabled as soon as you complete your registration.

Your CADlearning Login credentials are sent to you typically within 1 business day.

Yes.  You can install a 30-day trial of AutoCAD, Revit, or Civil 3d here. Alternatively, you can purchase a 1 or 3 year subscription to AutoCAD, Revit, or Civil 3D.

Online University is exclusive of any current or past Autodesk contracts. 

An active Autodesk Subscription contract is not required to subscribe to Online University.

U.S. CAD Online University course attendance or participation may be eligible for self-reporting continuing educational credits through AEC industry associations.

Please check with your local association for further details. 

The online requirement is that students have a web-enabled device and internet connectivity.

Yes. The AutoCAD courses are appropriate for AutoCAD LT users (with the exception of 3d modeling courses and AutoCAD courses that interact with Revit).
